Hotel Stay: 
Our Wedding Planner, Hola Weddings is coordinating room reservations at Valentin Imperial and airport transfers to and from the resort. Please go to the below link to reserve your rooms in our room block with our reserved rate by September 10. It is important that you go through this link instead of the Valentin website in order to get the correct group rates and to be counted in order for the resort to finalize numbers for the events. Thank you! 


Ty and Allison (and family) will be at the resort from January 8-13. You are welcome to pick your arrival and departure dates based on your availability, and we would love to see you to hang out a few days before and after where possible! 


Hola is very helpful and flexible, if you aren't seeing the room you want/dates you want, go ahead and submit a booking request through them and you can respond to their initial email with any questions/specific needs/changes. They will also send you an email with an option to do a video call with their booking agent if you have any specific questions or concerns. As always, let Allison or Ty know if anything isn't working or if you have any questions. 

Single/Double/Triple Options: 
The hotel block has options for single, double, and triple occupancy. So the price listed on the Hola site for single is for one persons in one room per night, the double price is price per person per night for two people in a room, and the tripe price is price per person per night for three people in a room. All prices are all inclusive per person per night and include all food and drinks, alcohol included.




Air Travel:
You will fly into Cancun International Airport, which is about a 30 minute bus ride from Valentin Imperial. The bus ride will be a provate transfer organized by Hola. Cancun has direct flights from Denver on multiple airlines, and direct flights from San Antonio (at least on Southwest). Once you reserve your room with them, they will send you a confirmation email which you can use to coordinate your aiprort transportation, as that has been pre-reserved with your room reservation. Hotel Payment and Cancellation (Hola Weddings Policy):


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before September 17, 2024 - There is no fee for canceling your reservation. You will get a full refund of your deposit.
From September 18 until October 22, 2024 - There will be a penalty charge of 1 night of stay per room.
From October 23, 2024, until your travel dates - The booking is paid in full and non-refundable.


There are insurance options, and you can also have your own travel insuracne policy.


DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLAN:


1st Deposit: To hold your room we will need a deposit of $200 USD per room.
2nd Deposit: Due by September 18, 2024 - $500 USD per person.
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by October 23, 2024.


AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is not included in the rates above, the following rates apply to the group and will be added automatically to every booking: $109 USD per room for a round-trip shuttle service.
